Pick Up And Delivery Service: Price depends upon drop off and pick up location. Service is available upon request.

Late fee prices: If you pick up or drop off beyond designated times there will be a minimum $20 late fee.

We keep a strict routine with all Boarding Animals. It allows consistency and less stress for those dogs who do stress watching others leave or arrive. This helps to maintain a quiet and calm atmosphere.

Not potty-trained puppies = $5 extra per night
We don’t charge any extra fees for dogs on medication.

Your Dog Food as we don’t want any upset bellies!
*If food isn’t brought or your food runs out there will be a charge of:

$1.50 per meal for up to 1 cup

$2.50 per meal for up to 2 cups

$3.50 over 2 cups per meal

*Kitchen Sink Policy:

Please note that our storage space for personal items is limited.

We recognize your wish to bring various items for your pets’ maximum comfort. Nevertheless, due to the excessive number of items being brought in, we must enforce an “Everything but the Kitchen Sink” policy to manage storage limitations.

Please ensure that any items you bring fit into a 12″x22″ locker. We cannot accommodate large items such as totes or multiple bags.

We provide:

Bowls, Kuranda cots, blankets, and toys.

What your dogs day looks like:

The Radio is on 24/7
Minimum of 4 potty breaks in dog yards 8 am, 12 pm, 5 pm, 10 pm
Every Potty Break a pat/good scratch, a dog treat, and water topped off/changed
Feeding/Medication Times 8 am & 5 pm (More needed? No problem)
5 pm all dogs NOT on a special diet receive a spoonful of canned dog food.
10 pm Lights Out

We do not intermingle dogs and your pet will get their own kennel and outside time with staff.

Cat condos:

Are Indoor Glass Enclosures, Vented, AC/Heated. 2 Condos are approximately 50 sq. ft.each. Feature Shelves Floor to Ceiling Height, Cat Scratcher, Hiding Spots, and Litter Boxes. Both Condos can be rented at the same time to create one huge condo.

Things to bring:

Own Food for Cats as we don’t want any upset bellies!
Current Shot Records, Medication, or Supplements
Anything you feel that will make your dog/cat comfortable:
– For example, bed, treats, toys, etc.

**We provide bowls and have a refrigerator for any dietary needs.

Are you boarding over a holiday?

If you book accommodation during a holiday, we will ask you for a holiday deposit.

A 20% deposit is required for Holiday/School Break boardings. An invoice has been issued via Square and sent to your email. Please ensure the deposit is paid to secure your reservation.

After making a reservation, the deposit must be paid within 5 business days. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your booking.
